2027 BLUE GILL MINE TERMS & CONDITIONS
By signing this form, I, the members of my party, and our families, hereby release the owner, proprietor, supervisor or other official of BLACK BEAR COVE MINING & LAPIDARY + BLUE GILL MINE; of any responsibility, liability, or claim for damages while on the above property. Any personal injury or damage to own property suffered, from any cause whatsoever while on these premises, is deemed, by the undersigned and his/her party, to be their own responsibility.
The undersigned further agree(s) to abide by the following rules and regulations and ensure that everyone in the group also abides by them:
The mining fee is good for one day except for the 2-day Pocket Dig.
Eye protection and sensible shoes are strongly recommended.
Children 11 and under are not allowed in the mines without a parent or guardian. All children must be respectful of the grounds at all times.
Confine digging to designated areas only.
No digging within 5 feet of trees.
No glass containers in mines. Place trash in trash cans. Please do not break rocks on the picnic tables.
Pets, on leash and under control, are allowed at owner’s risk and responsibility. They must be clean and well-behaved.
Use good judgment, and exercise safety at all times. No undermining of trees or ledges.
No power machinery or explosives.
I hereby grant Black Bear Cove Mining & Lapidary + Blue Gill Mine permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.
We strive to maintain a welcoming and peaceful environment that is free of discrimination and harassment of any kind. In other words: "Be Nice, Or Leave"
Violation of these policies may result in your dismissal from the mine.
This waiver is authorized for the entire 2027 season. January 1-December 31, 2027.
